This trip all began when Cory invited my to head up Hobble Creek and do some dirt biking with him and some of his buddies. How could I say no? I’m looking for every opportunity I could to get my newly acquired dirt bike out so of course I said hell yeah. Anyway, the plan was to meet at 8:30 in Springville at Cory’s friend’s house. Once we got there and everyone was unloaded and ready to go, we headed out and started to ride for the canyon. The thing that worried me about this was that my bike is only registered for off-road only.

Wow, what another great trip to start off the year. This time (as the title says) it was Fishing at Flaming Gorge. I had never been to Flaming Gorge so this was a new experience for me.

I’m a little bit late writing about this trip but I figure better late than never.

This was a GREAT trip. Not only because I got to try out my newly acquired dirtbike but also because of the great scenery and of course, the great company. I guess I need to first thank Christina and Cory for inviting me a long. I had a great time and I appreciate them letting me come along. Rather than just writing about the trip, I figured I would try to break it down by day.  I also took the time to show a map (click on image to the right) of everywhere we went so you can get a better visual.  Enjoy.
